History of Hamta Group

“To start and have a successful business and improving organizational performance, management is known as a great practice through analysis of existing problems and development of plans for improvement”, it is what the founder of Hamta Group, Dr Hamed released after a decade of involvement in different industries. So, in order to help startups to develop their business effectively and also assist active companies to improve their performance, Ahoora Ltd has been incorporated on November 2014 in Belize as a Management Consultation Group providing services such as; Performance Evaluation, Research and Development, Marketing Management and Business Development.

In December 2014, Dr Offshore as a new DBA (Doing Business As) of Ahoora Ltd started its business by providing the Corporate Management Services with the motto of “start your business from anywhere”.

To explore the full potential of Iran as a whole, it has been discovered that there is a need to develop means to facilitate trade across the borders, therefore, in June 2015, Simurgh Trading Pvt as a trade platform for trading Tea, Coffee, Chemical and Petrochemical products, non-alcoholic beverages and electrical equipment has been incorporated in Iran. However in 2016 and 2017, new products such as Saffron, Caviar, Latex Gloves, Tongkat Ali, Spirulina and Neochlorella added to the product basket of Simurgh.

In order to extend the business in Malaysia and provide further global support to our clients, and also functioning the subsidiary corporations (Ahoora & Simurgh) and DBAs (Doing Business As) as a single economic entity through a common source of control and under one umbrella business structure, Hamta Business Solution Sdn Bhd registered in Malaysia in July 2016 with registration number 1196225-M. From this time, Hamta Group as a prominent multinational and multi-product business platform has continued its activities with two visionaries of being a world-class brand and trusted for superiority.

In August 2016, Research Club as a Research and Development Department of Hamta Group started its activity with the aim of providing a wide variety of resources and customized research services to discover new knowledge about products, processes, and services, and then applying that knowledge to create new and improved products, processes, and services that fill market needs, and also help our clients to increase their brand’s marketing efficiency and evaluate the overall proficiency of their strategies to improve the performance and profitability.

In September 2016, Mitra Translation Consultant which had more than eight years’ experience in the translation and interpretation service industry, joined us and became a part of Hamta Group.

In October 2017, Hamta Academy as a knowledge based organization started its activity by continually transforms itself to respond to current dynamic economy and business and represent a one-stop Educational and Training Centre. Now, Hamta Academy is a leading Conferences, Symposiums, Seminars, Workshops, and Trainings organizer in specialized areas both in academic and industry subjects.
